MBTI Book 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

이 약관은 릴릿(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 MBTI Book 앱(이하 "서비스")의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다.

제2조 (서비스 이용)

• 서비스는 별도의 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.
• 서비스는 MBTI 유형 정보, 궁합, 직업 정보 등 참고용 콘텐츠를 제공합니다.
• 제공되는 MBTI 정보는 참고용이며 전문적인 심리 진단을 대체하지 않습니다.

제3조 (서비스 변경 및 중단)

• 회사는 서비스 내용을 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 가능한 경우 사전 공지합니다.
• 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력적 사유로 서비스가 중단될 수 있습니다.

제4조 (면책)

• MBTI 분석 결과는 참고용이며, 회사는 그 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다.
• 이용자 기기 환경에 따른 서비스 이용 장애에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제5조 (준거법)

이 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 관할법원은 서울중앙지방법원으로 합니다.

Article 3 (Changes and Suspension)

• The Company may modify or suspend the Service with prior notice where possible.
• The Service may be interrupted due to force majeure events or system failures.

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

• MBTI results are for reference only. The Company makes no warranty as to their accuracy.
• The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by your device environment.

Article 5 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
