Keycap - Clacky ASMR Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Lillit ("Company", "we", "us") and users regarding the Keycap - Clacky ASMR app ("Service").
Article 2. Definitions
- "Service" means features provided by the app, including keycap tapping, switches, Auto ASMR mode, achievements, and school rankings.
- "User" means any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Auto Ticket" means a consumable in-app item used to run Auto ASMR mode. It may be obtained through in-app purchases, rewarded ads, ranking registration, and other reward events.
- "Premium" means a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that provides benefits such as ad removal and continuous Auto mode.
Article 3. Use of the Service
- The Service can be used without separate account registration.
- Settings, tap records, achievements, and similar data are stored on the device and deleted when the app is uninstalled.
- When a user registers for school rankings, the nickname, school or team name, and score are stored in Firestore and may be visible to other users.
Article 4. Paid Services
- In-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing, and prices follow the amounts displayed by Google Play.
- Auto Tickets (consumable): delivered immediately after purchase and consumed when Auto ASMR mode is used. Because this is digital content, withdrawal or refund may be limited after delivery or use.
- Premium (non-consumable): can be restored after reinstalling with the same Google account. If refunded, the related benefits may be removed.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play policies.
Article 5. Changes or Suspension
- We may change or suspend parts of the Service and will provide notice when appropriate.
- The Service may be interrupted due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
Article 6. User Obligations
- Users must not use the Service in violation of laws or these Terms.
- Users must not use abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in ranking nicknames or school names.
- Users must not impersonate another person or school, or register false school information.
- Users must not manipulate tap scores or rankings through macros, automated input tools, or other unfair methods.
Article 7. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided as an ASMR and fidget relaxation tool and does not guarantee any specific effect such as focus or relaxation.
- School rankings and statistics are provided for reference only, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's device environment.
Article 8. Governing Law
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the competent court under applicable law.
